Women's Retreat in Sedona  Healing & Transformation

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS RETREAT?

· Four nights at a private 1.2 acre homestead southwestern style sanctuary in West Sedona, in a Vortex area, in the heart of the Red Rock Country, surrounded by the Red Rocks.

Peaceful Homestead with over 3,000 square feet of living space, Wi Fi*, outdoor Jacuzzi, covered deck with seats, 1.2 acres of fenced yard, and breathtaking views.

Arrival on March 22nd, at 6:30pm, Departure at March 26, at 10am.

· Two organic and locally sourced vegetarian meals a day (breakfast and dinner), prepared by our amazing holistic private chef.

Dinner on March 22nd, Breakfast and Dinner from March 23rd until March 25th, Breakfast on March 26 before departure.

· Group Systemic and Family Constellation Sessions and dynamics to release ancestral blockages (Iara is a certified Family Constellation Facilitator).

· Deep dive on topics related with the essentials for every woman in their 40’s for the

BODY(hormones regulation, skin care, exercises, morning routines, women’s womb health, sacred sexuality, healing traumas, sacred feminine, pelvic floor exercises, empowerment).

MIND (stopping mind games, reality, and myths about women in their forties, finding purpose in life, healing traumas, co-creating your future) and

SPIRIT (daily practices, sacred practices and ceremonies, meditations, connection with higher self and higher realms, healing traumas).

· Daily embodiment practices outdoors in nature.

· Intentional ceremonial Hike on the Redocks Vortexes.

· Live Sound Healing.

· Cacao Ceremony.

· Shamanic Journey.

· Dance and movement.

· Powerful transformational activities.

· A safe and sacred container to heal, get connected with who you are as a woman, get clear about your life purpose and get ready to shine your light in the world.

· Follow up and integration Zoom group call one week after the retreat.

Sedona is a powerful energetic point of the planet earth, and its Vortexes has great healing properties. The vortexes have been used by indigenous peoples for healing and transformation for centuries.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

- Air and ground transportation are not included from your home to the retreat location, or to the retreat location to the airport or your home.

You can fly to the Phoenix Airport or Flagstaff Airport.

Phoenix Airport is 1.5 hours driving from our location.

If you are not planning on renting a vehicle or driving your own vehicle, we recommend Groome Transportation Shuttle Services. You must reserve with at least 3 days of advance.

-Lunch is not included. You will have 2 hours break daily to go out to lunch in town, or if you prefer, to use our Kitchen area to eat a snack, or a light sandwich before our afternoon activities begin. We are around 10 to 15 minutes driving to a natural food store (Natural Groceries) or Wholefoods and have great natural food restaurants like The Local Juicery and Chocolate Tree. Ground transportation in Sedona is not included. Uber and Taxi’s are also available for local destinations.

INVESTMENT:

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retreat amount (it varies according to your accommodation) must be paid upon registration. The remaining amount must be paid by March 10, 2024.
