This retreat is for women in their 40’s, or very close to their 40’s.
If you reached your 40’s mark you probably realized this is one of the most important decades of your life as a woman, and it is also a decade where you will experience the most significant changes in your body and life.
It is a time of maturity, reflection, endings, and new beginnings. It is a time that you really start understanding who you are, and what you want and what you don’t want. It is also a time where your body chemistry changes, and oh boy, doesn’t it? The whole body and mind are controlled by chemistry, by hormones. Reaching our 40’s is also when we will reach our mid-age mark, and with that so many questions and doubts arise!
When you are in your forties you will stop and reflect on what you have done, celebrate your victories, learn from your mistakes, and decide WHO you want to be, WHAT you want to do, and with WHO for the next 40 years of your life. Big deal right?

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Air and ground transportation are not included from your home to the retreat location, or the retreat location to the airport or your home. You can fly to the Phoenix Airport or Flagstaff Airport. Phoenix Airport is 1.5 hour's drive from our location. If you are not planning on renting a vehicle or driving your own vehicle, we recommend Groome Transportation Shuttle Services. You must reserve at least 3 days in advance.
The meals included are breakfast and dinner. Lunch is not included. You will have 2 hours break daily to go out to lunch in town, or if you prefer, to use our Kitchen area to eat a snack, or a light sandwich before our afternoon activities begin. We are around 10 to 15 minutes driving to a natural food store (Natural Groceries) or Wholefoods and have great natural food restaurants like The Local Juicery and Chocolate Tree. Ground transportation in Sedona is not included. Uber and Taxi’s are also available for local destinations.

What steps do I have to take to reserve my spot at the Retreat? 1)Place a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the amount of the retreat. 2)You will receive a confirmation email and a Google forms to Fill out and send it back to us. 3) On March you will receive an email for paying the remaining amount by March 10th.
What happens after I submit my deposit? 1)You will receive a confirmation email of the payment. 2)You will receive an email with the details about the Retreat within 48 hours.
How to get to our Retreat Transformational Homestead? If you fly to the Phoenix Airport you can reserve Groome, door to door Transportation (website), rent a car, or pick up a Uber to our location. Air and ground transportation are not included in this retreat.
What is the cancellation and refund policy? The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 60 days before the Retreat start date, you will receive a refund of the payments made, minus the deposit. If you cancel 1-60 days in advance, there will be no refund.
Will there be Internet access on site? Yes, there is internet on site and phone connection. Phone reception can be tricky in some area of the homestead since we are surrounded by the red rocks.

Iara Line is an entrepreneur originally from Brazil. She is a certified Family Constellation and Ancestral Healing Facilitator, a certified NLP coach and Life Coach, a Workshop Leader, and a speaker for the growing conscious learning movement.
Her passion is to help others, especially women on their path of healing, transmuting, and creating the life they really love.
She is the Founder of the Life Change Breakthroughs, Ancient Knowledge for the Modern Woman and co-founder of the Sedona Sound Triad.
